What Is A Consignment Shop…….

“Consignment shop” is an American English term for second-hand stores that offer used goods at a lower cost than new. Many offer new items as well. These items are generally in perfect condition and lightly used without any stains, damages or defects. The clothes will be priced at a fraction of their retail price (usually 1/3 to 1/4 of what they originally sold for).

Our closets are full of items that, for whatever reason, we no longer wear. Maybe we lost weight or bought on impulse a little too often, or perhaps we switched from a dressy professional environment to a casual one. Your quality castoffs can be turned into extra cash. Entrance Fee: $5 per person…Under the age of 13 is free of charge. Door fees help to offset hall costs, insurance, staffing, and all the millions of little things that have to happen to make this event a reality. Remember, the stores are selling at or below costs so BARGAINISTA keeps their participant fees low so they can pass those savings on to shoppers!!!

You can start registering your items by going to www.myconsignmentmanager.com/jllr.

If you consigned with us last year you should still be able to use your same login,
if not registering is easy, just follow the directions on their website.

For League Members only – General Meeting Drop-Off February 18th – 5:00 pm
Open Drop-Off – Wednesday February 24, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday February 25 8:00 am to noon

Consignor Pick-Up
(if you are choosing to pick up your unsold items, you can collect them at the JLLR Building after the sale, if you wish to donate them instead, please select “Donate” when you tag your items so we will know how to sort them after the sale)
Pick Up – Saturday February 27 3:00pm – 4:30 pm

Children’s and Women’s Clothing
Shoes – Women’s NEW shoes only, ALL children’s shoes
Maternity clothing of all sizes (all seasons)
Boppy pillows, baby accessories such as bibs, baby tubs, blankets, booster seats, front pack carriers, and so on
Clothing accessories (socks, hats, hair bows, etc.)
Baby and older kids bedding, and accessories
Kids equipment, like Exersaucers, strollers, pack-n-plays, swings, bouncy seats, high chairs
All items must be in excellent, like-new condition with no damage, such as stains, tears, non-working zippers, or missing buttons.

We’ll thoroughly examine your items to ensure they meet our high standards. We know it’s easy to overlook a stain or small tear at home, so please don’t be offended if we reject an item. By ensuring the quality of all merchandise, every shopper can be confident of buying clean, high-quality items.
